By creating an account and using lamad.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What lamad.io Is
lamad.io is a free Hebrew language learning tool. It uses flashcard-style exercises to help you practice vocabulary and verb conjugations. It is a personal project provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address, since login links are sent there. You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
6. Content Accuracy
lamad.io contains Hebrew vocabulary and conjugations that may include errors. Some forms are marked for review pending native speaker verification. The Service is not a substitute for professional language instruction.
7. Service Availability
We make no guarantees about uptime or availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lamad.io and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
